Take a little drive down to Pine Mountain this weekend for one of the best places in the world for a holiday light display. Callaway Gardens was named one of the top ten places in the world to see holiday lights by National Geographic.
This marks the 20th year for Callaway Gardens’ Fantasy in Lights, and its global recognition is well deserved. Callaway Gardens joins Saint Augustine, Florida, as the only two locations on the list from the United States. More than 8 million twinkling lights illuminate the night sky and dazzle the resort’s guests.
Brilliant light displays depict iconic holiday themes like the March of Toy Soldiers and Snowflake Valley. You will even be able to find moving light representations of familiar stories like ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas and the Nativity.
Visitors should also stop by the resort’s Christmas Village for shopping, dining and a picture with Santa.
